3 Step System

1. Set Budget

We start the journey by getting to know you and your "must haves" and "nice to haves".

These are then squared up to your planned budget to help inform the design decisions - set parameters for land acquisition, house size, room count, construction approaches and finishing options.

2. Identify Land

Already an Owner? We will help determine what house is appropriate for the site bearing in mind zoning rules (set back, height and size) and weather (snow removal, summer breezes, etc).

Not an Land Owner? We can recommend local real estate companies to help you select the land that compliments your house ideas.

3. Design Home

Our primary focus is to ensure the look and feel of your home reflects your personality and what you want.

Once all design decisions have been made a full cost and time estimate will be presented which will include any permitting and weather needs as well as any local building limitations.
