The Ash series offers several variations, each adapted for different needs, lot types, and lifestyles:

• Ash 2129. Expand the original Ash 1593 by adding a private office/bonus room, a third bedroom, and an enlarged kitchen pantry—perfect for growing families or those working from home.

• Ash 2530. For sloped lots, this version adds a lower level to the base plan, increasing square footage and creating additional space for bedrooms, recreation, or guest accommodations.

​​

• Ash 3457. The most spacious of the series, this version combines the enhancements of Ash 2129 with a full lower level, resulting in a four-bedroom, three-bath home that includes a dedicated office/media/bonus room. Ideal for large families or those needing multi-purpose space.
